1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of baji6, the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at baji6.club and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and baji6 ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts and nominee accounts are not permitted.

• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from baji6 or have an existing account on the Platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on baji6. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent account closure without prior notice.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

baji6 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with industry best practices. Identity verification is a mandatory step for all users prior to processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳5,000 or upon request by our compliance team at any time.

Accepted Verification Documents

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (bio-data page).
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back).

Verification Timeframe

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

baji6 supports a range of payment methods optimised for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account instantly or within minutes of confirmation.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours subject to KYC verification status and our fraud screening process.
• You may only withdraw funds to the same payment method (same registered mobile number) used for your most recent deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure is strictly enforced.
• baji6 does not charge any platform-side transaction fees. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own standard service charges.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

baji6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the individual promotion announcement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as real cash. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion. For example, a welcome bonus with a 20x rollover requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal request is eligible for approval.

Bonus Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited in relation to bonus funds and will result in the forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer more than once (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee a win regardless of result (arbitrage betting).
• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets or interact with the Platform.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

baji6 maintains strict standards of conduct on the Platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account funds:

• Fraudulent activity including, but not limited to, credit card fraud, identity theft, using stolen payment credentials, or chargebacks made in bad faith after winnings have been credited.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, whether in live casino tables, poker, or sporting event markets.
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Platform's software, game logic, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

7. Responsible Gaming

baji6 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools and resources to help users maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available free of charge from within your account settings.

Deposit Limits and Time Controls

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of your choosing. Self-exclusion options are:

• Short-term time-out: 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in or place any bets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baji6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if baji6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

baji6's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

baji6 is committed to protecting the personal data of all users. Our data collection, storage, and processing practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

• We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform experience.
• We use industry-standard SSL encryption across the entire Platform to safeguard data in transit.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Amendments to These Terms

baji6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to users via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
